A.F. Cronin

Galileo’s Warning

What if you knew so much more

Than the stiffened others

That when you told them

Of the truth

They just rattled the pincers

In the white hot coals And smiled?

A.F.Cronin was born and raised in New England where he spent many hours roaming the woods and participating in sports. He also loved to read. He attended university and studied literature which did little more that confuse him, as the highly intellectual "deconstructivist" approach seemed to drain the literature of it's beauty and mystery. Since then, Mr. Cronin has made his living as a carpenter/contractor, working with his hands. He tries to make things with his mind as well and has written and had stage plays produced , has had short stories published in the Lake Champlain Weekly, and the Web based "Thirst for Fire" and has had poetry published at Farmhouse.com., The Common-line project, and Bareback (Yes it is what it sounds like). Mr. Cronin also acts on occasion and has appeared on stage in numerous plays (including plays by the not-greatest-writer-ever-to-walk-the-earth William Shakespeare) on television (e.g. a small role on Six Feet Under), independent films (check out my stirring portrayal of the president of the United States by googling Untitled Spicy Mac Project), and am currently in the fantastically strange and stunningly puerile web based series Hot, Hot Los Angeles.
